Move Request travado com Status de Mailbox como Queued

Problema

Ao tentar realizar move de mailbox de uma database para outra o processo não é finalizado apresentando como Queued

Description:

The mailbox for /o=rafaelmantovani/ou=Exchange Administrative Group /cn=Recipients/cn=SystemMailbox{Legacy DN ID} has exceeded the maximum mailbox size. This mailbox cannot send or receive messages. Incoming messages to this mailbox are returned to sender.  The mailbox owner should be notified about the condition of the mailbox as soon as possible.

1. Abrir o ADSIEDIT se conectar na partição de Configuração e navegar até Microsoft System Attendant:

1. Configuration
2. Services
3. Microsoft Exchange
4. First Organization (nome organização Exchange)
5. Administrative Groups

1. Exchange Administrative Group
2. Servers
3. Expandir o Servidor
4. Clicar com o botão direito em Microsoft System Attendant

1. Selecionar Edit

2. Alterar o atributo mDBOverHardQuotaLimit (200000 ou mais, de acordo com a necessidade de seu ambiente)

3. Restartar IIS


Conclusão

Necessário que a  System Attendant Mailbox esteja disponível durante as movimentações de mailbox. Por exemplo, se você possuir uma database contendo a System Attendant Mailbox  e esta database estiver desmontada durante o move , este move irá falhar.
