Objetivo

Este artigo possui o objetivo de auxiliar na instalação do Exchange 2010 SP3

Erro 1

Setup /preparad at Schema Master "SERVIDOR1" and got:

 Performing Microsoft Exchange Server Prerequisite Check

    Organization Checks                                       FAILED
     A reboot from a previous installation is pending. Please restart the system and rerun setup.

The Exchange Server setup operation didn't complete. More details can be found
in ExchangeSetup.log located in the <SystemDrive>:\ExchangeSetupLogs folder.

Erro 2

Setup.log has the following entrance:
[07/22/2013 14:50:10.0887] [1] [REQUIRED] A Setup failure previously occurred while installing the Mailbox role. Either run Setup again for just this role, or remove the role using Control Panel.

Solução

Alterar as seguintes chaves de registro:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\AdminTools
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\MailboxRole

Procedimento

1. No Regedit navegar no seguinte caminho:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\AdminTools

2. Alterar as chaves  "UnpackedVersion" e "ConfiguredVersion" para 14.3.123.4

3. No seguinte caminho do regedit alterar "ConfiguredVersion" para 14.3.123.4:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\MailboxRole

4. Iniciar o processo de instalação do Service Pack novamente

Obs. Caso receber a seguinte mensagem executar o passo 5
Some controls aren´t valid. "BuildToBuildUpgrade"

5. Remover as chaves de registro "Action" e "Watermark" em:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14\MailboxRole  e prosseguir com a instalação

Obs.: Se atentar as funções (Mailbox, HUB e CAS), talvez seja necessário realizar o procedimento para as demais roles
